That's kinda a warning of a danger zone though...


Wasn't going to bring it up but more (less) isn't always better, but a quick google scan mentions below 5% being a zone where you might go for a short period of time eg, for body building competition but not somewhere you'd want to stay per said articles and not being able to stay warm is one of the signs.

Not to get into any arguments, but I've seen it recommended to be ~ 13% longer term. If Chris is feeling great though, then, as I said, not getting into any arguments.
